After a very busy time at the Sunshine Tour, Luis went straight back to coaching his Spanish clients, the New Zealand eventing team riders and his British students . Meanwhile he was also teaching clinics.
For the third time in just 6 months, he was back by popular demand at the Prezanes stables up in the North of Spain in Santander. He also held a new clinic with Empire Sapphire up in Galicia and finished off the month in Ces Valencia with a very special, sponsored clinic. This was held along with Gain Equine, who teamed up with Luis to give nutritional and diet advice designed to compliment both the training and competition demands, for each of the horses participating in the clinic.
All in all, April was an extremely intense month, with many other things going on, including an ‘Owners Day’ at Ruy Fonseca’s base, training at Bolesworth and the Nations Cup in France with Red Morgan.
Luis is just back from the iconic 5* Horse Trials at Badminton, where he was supporting the New Zealand riders and, this coming weekend, he will be attending the Global Champions Tour in Madrid.
